Stephen Muggleton - Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Bolton Clarke Stephen is an innovative and respected health and aged care CEO with more than 25 years’ experience managing teaching hospitals and some of Australia’s largest residential aged and community care organisations. He has been a member of industry, national and international expert committees on health and ageing including the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS), the National Council of the Australian Healthcare Association with more than eight years as a representative member on the Australian Government's Ageing Consultative Committee. His contribution to health and aged care has been recognised with an Adjunct Professor title from the University of Queensland, a Queensland Reconciliation Award, a Prime Minister’s Award and an Institute of Management Award for Not for Profit Manager of the Year. |

Glen Hurley - Chief Operating Officer (COO) Glen has over 20 years of experience in health and aged care having worked in the acute and community health sectors as a clinician and health manager as well as working for the regulator of the aged care sector in Australia. Glen’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Speech and Language Therapy and a Masters of Health Administration and he has spent time working in the UK and NZ aged care markets developing customer service standards and operating models and management systems. |

Megan Millman - Chief Financial Officer Starting her career in audit at KPMG, Megan spent 10 years at Virgin Australia undertaking a variety of finance roles and special projects. She joined RSL Care as Financial Controller in 2015 and led the finance team through the merger with Royal District Nursing Service. She was appointed CFO of the newly merged Bolton Clarke in 2016 and over the past six years has been part of a highly motivated executive leadership group overseeing an extraordinary organisational growth trajectory. Megan is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She is actively involved in the Chartered Accountants program and enjoys working with future Chartered Accountants providing facilitation and mentoring support. |

Janet Leung - Head of Customer and Communications Janet has been involved with Allity since its inception with over 25 years of experience working in organisations across diverse industries in marketing and communications, customer service and organisational change management. In particular, she has specialised in the development of organisational frameworks to support and guide best practice and building business capabilities. Janet holds a Bachelor of Commerce. In addition to operating her own design agency for over 10 years, she has held management and consulting roles in FMCG, Health, Renewables and Education sectors. |
