Village managers some of the best
Bolton Clarke Retirement Village Managers have been recognised with three finalist spots in the National Retirement Living Awards – with winners to be announced in 2024.
Village Managers Belinda Mead (Riverwood Village, West Albury) and Stephen Pether (Rowes Bay Village, Townsville) have been named state finalists in NSW and Queensland in the Village Manager of the Year category.
Sales Manager Liz Semionov (Banora Point) is a finalist for Salesperson of the Year.
The awards celebrate excellence across Australia’s retirement living sector.
Bolton Clarke Executive General Manager Retirement Living Kim Teudt said she was pleased to see Belinda, Stephen and Liz recognised for their focus on relationships and on meeting resident’s needs.
“Stephen's dedication to residents' health is evident in the proactive approach of organising wellness surveys and information sessions targeting specific concerns such as sleep, nutrition and first aid,” she said.
“Belinda’s dedication, innovation and exceptional leadership at Riverwood Village have also had a transformative impact on her community, residents and employees.
“And Liz’s dedication to her community and clients is evident in her active participation in community events – she goes the extra mile to ensure a positive and supportive experience.”
Winners will be announced at state events in February and March.
