Power was restored shortly after 2am today for our Rowes Bay home and retirement village, with services and operations now returning to normal.

Our Rowes Bay team remains focused on the comfort and wellbeing of residents. With back-up generators still in use, some services have been adapted based on the availability of power.
Our At Home Support teams are back on the road across the region.
In areas where power outages continue, personal emergency alarm systems have automatically switched to battery back-up.

We continue to work closely with emergency services and to be in direct contact with clients and families.
Our homes have sustained no significant damage and are well supplied with food and water. Residents remain safe and comfortable.
Our Rowes Bay community has been affected by power outages and is operating on back-up generators.
Glendale and Cunningham Villas homes are now returning to regular operations.
Our Pioneers home at Longreach is well prepared as severe weather moves west.

A number of our North Queensland services are preparing for extreme weather conditions linked to Tropical Cyclone Kirrily.

Our teams have been working closely with emergency services and remain focused on the wellbeing of clients, residents and employees.
At home support services have been restricted in some affected areas for the safety of clients and employees, with alternative arrangements put in place.
Our residential aged care teams are in direct contact with families to keep them updated.
