Job Description
Villa Serena is an “Extra Services” aged care home with a reputation for consistently demonstrating a “positive ageing” approach. We offer 3 different and discreet levels of care service in our 3 interconnected Villas for High Care, Low Care, and Memory Support. We support residents living with Dementia and who have Palliative and Rehabilitative Care needs.
We are seeking someone with the following:
- Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure or Diversional Therapy (or similar)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to take initiative
- Previous experience in a Lifestyle/Diversional Therapy position
