Internationally, Bolton Clarke has charitable operations in New Zealand and an emerging presence through a learning and training organisation, Altura Learning, in the United Kingdom, Ireland and New Zealand.
RDNS New Zealand is a Bolton Clarke Group company in operation since 2009. As a not-for-profit provider of home-based healthcare solutions, the RDNS New Zealand business closely aligns with the charitable purposes of the Bolton Clarke Australian entities.
The New Zealand business also provides an opportunity to apply learnings from the provision of disability services and operating in a decentralised aged care market for the benefit of the broader Bolton Clarke Group.
Altura Learning was acquired by Bolton Clarke Group in January 2017 to augment existing educational capacity, support service streams and add value to Bolton Clarke Group and its charitable work.
The organisation launched as Aged Care Channel in Australia in 2003 and in the United Kingdom in 2009. Today as Altura Learning it operates in Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland and New Zealand. As a for-profit entity, Altura Learning operates and is funded independently.
